We are proud to reintroduce you to Alize Dairy Goats. We are located in Pomerene, Arizona, a small town 50 miles east of Tucson. After a 3 year hiatus we are back in the goat business. We maintain a fairly large herd of Toggenburgs, Saanens and Cougar's Nubians.

Health and Management

We believe management is the most important aspect in allowing our animals to develop to their full potential. Our animals eat only the best feed available. We feed high quality alfalfa hay, 16% protein dairy goat ration and provide free choice soda, salt and mineral supplement. The herd is tested each year for CAE through WSU (all negative Feb. 08) and we are abscess free. All births are attended and kids are fed heat-treated colostrum for the first 36 hours and pasteurized goat milk with added vitamin supplements and Decox-M until weaned from a lamb bar. Kids are grouped by age in groups of 10-15, allowing for each kid to get individual attention producing very friendly, healthy kids that can develop to their full genetic potential.

Shows and Such

We show our does in Arizona and when our busy schedule allows California and New Mexico. We will also attend the ADGA National Show with our girls when within a reasonable distance. Our herds first appearance at a national show was in 2002 and the girls did great, earning our herd The Rookie Award. We also participate in the ADGA performance programs, having the herd linear appraised each year and the herd is on continuous DHIA.

Ordering a Kid

We accept deposits of $100.00 per kid ordered; we ask that you please make a first and second choice when possible. If the kid is not born or is kept as a herd replacement, your deposit may be held over or refunded. The balance is due within two weeks of being notified that your choice was born. There are no refunds on canceled orders. As well as offering high quality doe kids we will have a few select show quality milkers available each spring. We ship by air out of Tucson International Airport, and while health papers, crate and airfare are the buyers responsibility, we deliver to the airport free of charge. Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids. On all bucks sold we reserve the right to purchase, for the cost of collection 20 straws of semen.
